Ashtanga Flow
A dynamic yoga practice which begins with an opening sequence consisting of sun salutations A and B to warm the body before working through the standing postures of the primary Ashtanga series. The class winds down with seated postures and a closing sequence. Attention is placed on movement and the breath as the body transitions fluidly from one posture to the next, each of which is held for 5 breaths. Ashtanga is a heat and stamina building practice and recommended for experienced practitioners.
Bliss Yoga Foundations

Gentle Yoga
An easy and stress-free yoga class geared towards beginner students or those who seek a slow-paced practice. This is also a wonderful way for more experienced students to refresh their bodies and minds with basic yoga postures. The focus of this class is on breathing, simple poses, and alignment.
Core and Restore
Release tension, increase flexibility and lengthen and strengthen your body in this rejuvenating fusion of yoga with core strengthening exercises. Combining breath work, mindfulness and flowing movements of yoga with exercises targeting the core muscles, strengthening poses with longer holds, delicious stretches and ending with a restful Savasana, this class swill leave you feeling centered and deeply refreshed. Beginner-friendly. All ages and ability levels are welcome, including those working with injuries. Modifications, options and alignment cues are offered for all levels of practitioners.
Vinyasa Basics
This gentle vinyasa flow is for all levels. In this class you will be introduced to the basics of a yoga flow class, focusing proper movement with seamless transitions while paying attention to alignment and breath. Newcomers as well as experienced students will learn to build a strong
foundation for a solid yoga practice in a supportive environment. This class is for all students to enhance their abilities at any level.
Kundalini Rising
This passionately physical and spiritual yoga practice is meant to strengthen the nervous system, clear the karmas, and provide a meditative mind to elevate one’s state of consciousness and happiness for the day. The most potent time of the day to practice yoga is in the evening and before the rising sun as it helps to create an energetic synchronization between oneself and the sun. Through this dynamic practice of postures, exercises, breath work, meditation, and chanting, no two classes will be the same. Come experience the positive transformation through kundalini yoga and raise your soul’s energy with the rising sun!
Power Yoga
An energetic yoga class which incorporates sun salutations, vinyasas, and yoga postures of varying degrees and difficulty. This powerful and fun class helps to detoxify the body and clear any static or blockages. While options will be given to modify postures to accommodate all levels of students, some prior yoga experience is recommended.
Sunrise Flow
An early morning vinyasa-based yoga practice which experiments with a different selection of asana each week to help awaken the body’s fascia (connective tissues in and around the muscles which tightens and stiffens overnight). Starting the morning with a yoga practice awakens the mind and lubricates the muscles and joints to prepare for the day ahead. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
An open-level yoga class which focuses primarily on synchronizing breath with movement. A fluid combination of sun salutations, varying yoga posture sequencing and stretches will awaken strength, energy, and flexibility while challenging the body and mind.
Yin-Yasa
Bring a little more balance to your practice with this Vinyasa + Yin Duo. The first half of class is spent warming up the body as you move through flows, increasing strength and balance. The second half is a gentle yin sequence in order to open and stretch the facia (connective tissues in and around the muscles) and joints increasing flexibility! Open level.
Warm Vinyasa
Our Warm Vinyasa Flow class will offer students a middle-ground between hot yoga and non-heated flow classes by setting room temperature to a comfortably warm 75-80 degrees. You can expect all of the same elements that you receive in out other signature Bliss Vinyasa Flow classes - an inventive fun sequence of postures guided by deep and steady breath, along with the added ingredients of a glistening, purifying sweat. An energizing practice that will of course end with a Blissful savasana to seal your practice. A perfect class for those looking to add the benefits of warmth to their yoga practice.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is more than a gentle yoga class. By utilizing blocks, bolsters and blankets this class allows the student to release and relax in a deeper way. Offered with guided meditation, restorative yoga relays this relaxation to the nervous system and allows the parasympathetic system to take over. Allow your body to release and walk out of class feeling restored.
Yoga for Kids
A 45-minute interactive and movement-focused class for children of varying ages. In this fun and kid-friendly practice, students will learn and experience yoga including stretching, alignment and breathing exercises. Yoga for kids helps improve and increase strength, flexibility, stamina, focus, balance, self-confidence, and positivity. Please note that pre-registration is required as our Yoga for Kids classes are tailored to specific age groups. Should there not be an age-appropriate class currently available for your child, we would be happy to help develop one with you!
Pilates
Traditional Pilates exercises involve small, controlled movements of the muscles which condition the total body and mind. In this fun class, our instructors fuse classical Pilates moves with core strengthening exercises, stretching, isometrics and ballet to lengthen and strengthen the body for a complete body workout that greatly compliments the yoga practice.
Yogilates
This class combines classic yoga postures with Pilates exercises to create a well-rounded routine that works the key muscles of the core. Each week, students can expect to practice a different routine, yet each sequence will beprimarily focused on working the midsection of the body including the major and minormuscles that make up the “core” including the pelvic floor muscles, obliques, and glutes. By working these core muscles, students will find better stability,strength and alignment in each yoga postureand eventually take their practice to the next level.
Tai Chi
The main principle behind this class is to infuse a sense of Ancient Chinese wisdom with the slow, soft, and gentle Chinese art form of Tai Chi. In this class, you will not only learn the gross movements of Tai Chi, but also the subtle aspects of the art itself which harmonizes, balances, and connects a person to his or her natural being. If practiced for only eight minutes daily, Tai Chi can help to keep a person in excellent health of mind, body, and spirit while promoting a sense of youth and softness in one’s life.
Moving Meditation
Relax, heal, and renew in this open-level flow class. Students will explore the sensation of stillness and quiet as they move through various asana. Movement and meditation will fuse together as students are guided through various pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra chanting, and the reciting of Sanskrit mantras
Guided Meditation
A candle lit session with a guided meditation and soothing sounds to take you through to an inner sense of peace and tranquility. Benefits include coping techniques to assist with relaxation outside the studio.
Feel Good Friday Happy Hour Yoga
The perfect class to wind down your work week and settle into the restorative vibe of the weekend.
