Leslie Carcach
is a 200hr certified yoga teacher and I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Hot Yoga.  At 19, she was told to find a fun workout that wouldn't feel like a workout in order to stick to my health kick. On her hunt for an active lifestyle, she found yoga and quickly discovered it was much more than a physical workout, it was her happy place! It made her more self-aware, empowered and free on and off the mat. She wanted to share this feeling with people so she went to LifePower and became certified in 2015. Her mission as a teacher is to make her students feel empowered and free to be their best versions of themselves. Knowing that yoga is meant for everybody and every body, "I want to squish the idea that there are pre-requisites students must meet before stepping on the mat. I enjoy the space vinyasa holds for art and creativity in movement and breath!". When she's not on her mat, she is usually singing off-key somewhere or spending quality time with my family and friends.
